After several years working in the creative space of advertising, Mike moved to the creative space of broadcast sales at the CBS Affiliate, KLAS-TV in Las Vegas. Drawing upon his creative skills in video production, he became the top salesman at the station and moved up the ladder to Local Sales Manager, National Sales Manager, and General Sales Manager.

After 17 years with Landmark Media (Owner of KLAS-TV), a renowned family-owned media company that launched the Weather Channel, Mike went out on his own, founding an agency specializing in digital media in 2008. Digital media was in its infancy at that time and Las Vegas needed a reputable agency to help businesses grow in the Great Recession. Mike purchased a franchise called WSI (We Simplify the Internet) to assist business owners with pay-per-click campaigns, content marketing, website development, banner campaigns, and social media.

In just two years, he grew his agency to service over fifty businesses helping them thrive despite tough economic conditions. WSI became ADTACK Creative in 2011 and after 15 years in business, has helped hundreds of small and medium-size businesses hit their sales and marketing goals through both digital and traditional media campaigns.

Mike is an expert in all digital marketing tactics. Search Engine Optimization, media campaigns, marketing automation, sales enablement through HubSpot, and video production are his specialties. In fact, Mike has a unique competitive advantage as a marketer with deep knowledge of not only digital advertising and traditional media but also sales.
